If u been friends on the phone for awile and then finaly u
meet up with her and u like her she u make a move and touch
her??

I would start with a gentle kiss, maybe some touching of the
arm or the small of her back. Is she pulling away? Saying
anything? Kissing back? Whatever you do, always listen for
that NO, and follow it. She will appreciate you more.
